Pilot Cafe brings specialty coffees with an urban edge from their café located in downtown Toronto’s trendy Kensington Market neighborhood. The specialty coffees are roasted at the Pilot roastery in North York, Canada, and brewed in their cafes in Toronto and the surrounding suburbs.
